HBA Fox Cities Parade of Homes takes place Aug. 12-13 & 17-20 (remodeling entries are open Aug. 18-20). Hours are 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday. Each ticket grants one-time admission to all homes in the event. You may visit the homes in any order and split them among all the days of the event. 

All guests must have a HBA Fox Cities Parade of Homes ticket to tour the homes. 

Ticket prices are as follows: 
$15/adult
$10/child (ages 5-17)
$12/adult pre-sale, Feb. 6-10

Parade of Homes guidebooks will be available with proof of ticket purchase the Monday prior to the start of the event  at the HBA Fox Cities Office (920 W. Association Dr., Appleton) or at any of the participating homes in the Parade during the event dates and times.

All homes are located in the Greater Fox Cities area of Wisconsin. 

There are many ways to find the homes: 

  • On this website, each home profile has the address, text directions and Google map-enabled turn-by-turn directions. 
  • On the HBA Fox Cities Parade mobile app, each home profile has the address, Google map-enabled turn-by-turn directions, the option to build your own route and an overview map of the homes. 
  • The HBA Fox Cities Parade of Homes guidebook has an overview map of the homes and each home profile page has the address and text directions for that home. 
  • While you're traveling among the homes during event hours, you'll notice directional signs at key road intersections
  • Each home has an official HBA Fox Cities Parade flag in the front yard 

HBA Fox Cities has a set of Guest Policies that we respectfully require you follow: 

  • All guests must take off shoes and wear foot coverings*
  • The only animals allowed, at the discretion of the home builder, are service dogs
  • Strollers and wet umbrellas must be left in the garages
  • Children under 12 years old must be in the same room with their adult chaperone
  • Photo/videographing homes in the event is not permitted
  • Eating, drinking and/or smoking inside homes in the event is not permitted
  • Guests who refuse to comply with these policies may be denied entry or may be asked to leave the home(s)
  • Guests who appear intoxicated/under the influence of drugs/alcohol may be denied entry or asked to leave to home(s)
  • Any guest causing a disturbance on the property of a home(s) in the event may be asked to leave and may be subject to arrest
  • Guests using offensive language, engaging in disorderly conduct, creating a disturbance for other guests or event workers/volunteers, or in any way causing damage to the property or its contents may be denied entry or may be asked to leave the home(s) and may be subject to arrest

 Anyone who is denied entry or removed from the event may have his/her ticket collected and will not receive a refund for the ticket or be compensated in any way for his/her loss.

*If, for medical reasons only, a guest is unable to walk without wearing shoes, the guest must take off the shoes worn into the garage, put on a clean, dry pair of shoes that the guest has carried in and put booties over those shoes. Event personnel have the right to inspect these shoes to ensure they are dry and carry no matter that may cause damage to the home’s floors.

The floor plans and renderings of Parade homes are copyrighted, and the copyright holder must grant permission for any use. 

Please note: All information about each home was supplied by the individual builders. The renderings are as true a representation of the exteriors as possible, however, final colors/materials of completed homes may vary from the images on this site. Floor plans are also as accurate as possible; however, final layout/room sizes may vary from what is shown on this site.

Each individual home profile indicates whether or not the home is decorated, partially decorated, furnished or partially furnished. 

To feature a "new" home*:

  • The participant must be a HBA Fox Cities Builder member (having completed a prescribed educational course and a current holder of the Dwelling Contractor and Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Credentials through the State of WI)
  • The participant must  be a HBA Fox Cities member of record in good standing (per the HBA Fox Cities Bylaws, Code of Ethics & Performance and Policy Manual) through, at minimum, the dates of the Parade and must not be otherwise deemed ineligible to participate by the board of directors
  • The participant must have been the sole general contractor of the home from the time of commencement of construction
  • The participant's membership dues must be paid in full through, at least, the dates of the event, and the participant cannot have any outstanding debts to HBA Fox Cities
  • Homes in the event must have never been occupied prior to and through the dates of the event


To feature a "remodeled" home*:

  • The participant must be a HBA Fox Cities member and, at minimum hold the Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Credential
  • The Parade applicant/participant must be a HBA Fox Cities member of record in good standing (per the HBA Fox Cities Bylaws, Code of Ethics & Performance and Policy Manual) through, at minimum, the dates of the Parade and must not be otherwise deemed ineligible to participate by the board of directors
  • The participant must have been the sole general contractor of the home from the time of commencement of construction
  • The participant's membership dues must be paid in full through, at least, the dates of the event, and the participant cannot have any outstanding debts to HBA Fox Cities

Roughly six weeks after the HBA Fox Cities Parade of Homes concludes, pictures of all the homes will be available for viewing on www.foxcitiesparadeofhomes.com. 

If you have not pre-purchased your ticket, you may purchase a ticket at any home in the event, during event hours. Once you have your ticket, you will present it at each house you tour; a representative (most likely in the garage) will scan the QR code to signify your visit. 

Prior to entering the home, please take off your shoes and put on a pair of foot coverings. 

Each home featured in the Parade of Homes is either already owned or will soon be owned by an individual or family that looks forward to 
moving into a brand-new home; please be respectful of all these private houses.
